PE-eFluor® 610 Organic Dye
Replacement for PE-Texas Red®
PE-eFluor® 610 is a high performance tandem fluorophore for use in multicolor flow cytometry. It is designed for use with flow cytometers equipped with blue, green or green-yellow laser lines (488-561 nm) and has a peak emission of 607 nm, that can be detected using typical filters for PE-Texas Red® (such as a 610/20 bandpass filter).
PE-eFluor® 610 is brighter than PE-Texas Red® and has reduced compensation out of other far-red channels.
Normal human peripheral blood cells were stained with CD3 PE-eFluor® 610 (orange histogram) or with CD3 PE-Texas Red® (light orange histogram).

Photostability of PE-eFluor® 610
Normal human peripheral blood cells were stained with Anti-Human CD3 PE-eFluor 610 (clone UCHT1, cat. 61-0038). Cells were then washed and incubated for 6 hours at 4°C in the dark (red histogram), at RT in ambient light (blue histogram), or at RT on the windowsill (orange histogram).
PE-eFluor® 610 stability post-fixation
Normal human peripheral blood cells were stained with CD3 PE-eFluor 610 (clone UCHT1). Cells were then washed and analyzed immediately (red histogram) or were incubated in IC fixation buffer at 4°C in the dark for 24 hours (blue histogram), 48 hours (orange histogram), or 72 hours (green histogram) before being washed and analyzed.
