Fluorescence based in situ hybridization (FISH) techniques are used to visualize DNA or localized RNAs within cells. However the fluorescence in situ hybridization of miRNA has always been limited by low sensitivity, complicated workflow and the inability to perform multiplex analysis. ViewRNA is a novel non-radioactive miRNA and mRNA in situ hybridization solution that offers single-molecule miRNA and RNA sensitivity. Affymetrix Research-Use-Only (RUO) products for miRNA FISH analysis allow investigators doing biomarker discovery or clinical research to validate and study miRNA biomarkers in suspension or adherent cells.
