Description

Description: The DB-1 monoclonal antibody reacts with rat interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), a 15-20 kDa cytokine secreted by Th1 cells. For optimal detection of rat IFN-γ by sandwich ELISA, a combination of purified DB-1 for capture and biotinylated polyclonal anti-rat IFN-γ for detection is recommended. DB-1 is used for capture of rat IFN-γ by ELISA.
