Description: This OX33 monoclonal antibody reacts with rat CD45RA. In rats, this isoform of CD45, which is also known as leukocyte common antigen, is present only on B cells. CD45 is a type I transmembrane protein tyrosine phosphatase that exists as a variety of different isoforms due to alternative splicing.
