  • Data for Anti-Rat CD11a PerCP-eFluor® 710.
Description

Description: This WT.1 monoclonal antibody reacts with rat CD11a, which is also known as lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1) alpha chain. CD11a is expressed on all leukocytes. LFA-1, which is composed of CD11a and CD18 (also known as integrin beta 2), is an important adhesion molecule involved in lymphocyte and granulocyte function. Studies have demonstrated that LFA-1 binds CD54 (aka ICAM-1), CD102 (aka ICAM-2), and CD50 (aka ICAM-3).
