The Instant ELISA technology represents a major improvement over the traditional sandwich ELISA. It improves on the gold standard by reducing variability, while increasing speed and ease-of-use. The addition of sample is all that is required to start the assay. The Instant ELISA plates contain coating antibody, lyophilized detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP and sample diluent. Wells containing the ready-to-use standard curve are provided separately.
