FlowCytomix™ Simplex Kits

FlowCytomix Multiplex Simplex kits contain the necessary target-specific reagents (antibody-coated capture beads, biotinylated detection antibody, and lyophilized protein standard) needed to perform either a single-plex assay or paired with other Simplex kits to perform multiplex immunoassays. If Simplex kits are purchased with the intent of performing a multiplex assay, eBioscience strongly recommends the use of the FlowCytomix™ Combination Table to help build your custom multiplex panel to prevent any multiplex panel building errors. Regardless of whether you single-plex or multiplex, when ordering Simplex kits, remember to also purchase the species-specific FlowCytomix Basic Kit that includes all of the non-target specific reagents needed to run the assay successfully.
