FlowCytomix™ Multiplex Ready-to-Use Kits

FlowCytomix multi-analyte immunoassays allow for the simulataneous quantitative detection of up to 20 different analytes from a single 25 uL sample in a variety of samples that includes blood, serum, and tissue culture supernatant. While multiplex immunoassays provide significant advantages over traditional single analyte assays, the optimization of the multiplex assay panel can present challenges. To alleviate this, eBioscience, a leader in immunoassays, has taken the guess work out of the equation with the development of optimized, ready-to-use kits that allow for multiplex assays. Multiplex Ready-To-Use kits are configured with the all of the antibody-coated capture beads premixed in a single tube, all of the biotin-conjugated detection antibodies premixed in a single tube, and a lyophilized mixture of all of the standards in duplicate. This is in contrast to the flexible Multiplex kits where all of the components are individually vialed (separate vials for each capture antibody bead, each detection antibody, and standard) to allow for further assay customization.
