Description

Description: The 1B3 monoclonal antibody recognizes rhesus, cynomologus, pigtailed macaque, and baboon IgG1 and IgG3. This antibody has been reported to not react with human, mangabey, vervet, chimpanzee, or marmoset IgG. This antibody could be also useful for measuring ADA (anti-drug antibodies) in a direct ELISA in which drug is coated on the plate and detected with 1B3.
