Description

Description: This KJ16-133 monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse T cell receptors (TCR) containing Vβ 8.1 or 8.2, which is expressed by 15-20% of peripheral T cells in most strains of mice (ie. Balb/c, AKR, C57BL/6, B10.A) and by a number of T cell hybridomas (ie. DO-11.10, 3DT-52.5, D1G10G11, SKK-9.11, SKK-45.10, MDK16, S18.4).
