Mouse Th1/Th2 Staining Panel (Discontinued)

Description: The eBioscience Mouse Th1/Th2 Flow Panel contains 4 antibodies that can be used to discriminate Th1/Th2 subsets based on their cytokine expression. The directly fluorochrome conjugated FITC anti-IL-2, FITC anti-IFN-γ, PE anti-IL-4, and PE anti-IL-10 are used in combination with intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis. The 4 unlabeled antibodies are included so they can be used as 'cold' antibody specificity controls for setting background markers in flow cytometric analysis: use the unlabelled antibodies at excess amounts (2µg per test) to block the fluorochrome-labelled antibodies.
