Anti-Mouse MHC Class II (I-Ak) PerCP-eFluor® 710

Description: This 10-3.6 monoclonal antibody reacts with the beta chain of the mouse MHC Class II I-Ak alloantigen. This antibody also recognizes mouse strains with H-2f, H-2r, and H-2s haplotypes. Reactivity to other haplotypes (e.g., b, d, p, and q) has not been observed.

The 10-3.6 antibody has been reported to be effective in preventing and treating experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE).
