Anti-Mouse Ly-6K PE

Description: This B33fc8k monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse Ly-6k, a member of the Ly6/uPAR superfamily. Ly-6k is a GPI linked protein predominantly found on the cell surface. One study suggests expression may also be non-membranous. Expression is found on B cells and reported to be on plasma cells as well as cells in the testis. Using the B33fc8k monoclonal antibody, expression is on a B lymphocyte cell subset in the spleen that correlates to transitional cells (CD23-IgM-). In humans Ly-6k has been found associated with carcinomas of the head and testis.
