Description

Description: The 11-44-2 monoclonal antibody reacts with the α heavy chain of mouse IgA. It does not react with other classes of mouse immunoglobulin including IgD, IgG or IgM. IgA is expressed as a membrane-bound form as well as a soluble dimer. Fluorochrome conjugated 11-44-2 is used as a detection secondary for mouse IgA.
