  • Data for Anti-Mouse CD147 Purified.
Description

Description: The RL73 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD147, also known as Basigin. CD147 is expressed by a majority of thymocytes, activated peripheral T cells, erythrocytes and erythroblasts. It has been reported that CD147 expression correlates with cycling of immature thymocytes even in the absence of TCR beta selection and that ligation of this molecule on immature fetal thymocytes inhibits their further development into mature T cells.
