eFluor® 660 Organic Dye
Replacement for Alexa Fluor® 647
eFluor 660 Organic Dye has been developed to provide a high performance fluorophore for multicolor flow cytometry. It is designed for use with flow cytometry instruments equipped with a red laser and exhibits an emission peak at 660 nm. Extensive evaluation of eFluor 660 shows that its fluorescent performance is equivalent to or better than current Alexa Fluor 647 reagents.
eFluor 660 is replacing Alexa Fluor 647 in the eBioscience product offering.
eFluor® 660 Performance Comparison with Alex Fluor® 647

LEFT: The MDCK cell line was stained with Rat IgG1 isotype control (dotted line) or the Anti-CD324 (E-cadherin) clone DECMA-1 conjugated to eFluor 660 (red histogram) or Alexa Fluor 647 (gray histogram).
RIGHT: Human peripheral blood monocytes were stained with mouse IgM isotype control (dotted line) or the Anti-CD36 clone NL07 conjugated to eFluor 660 (red histogram) or Alexa Fluor 647 (gray histogram).

LEFT: Th17-polarized human CD4+ T cells were stained with either Anti-Human IL-21 eFluor 660 (eBio3A3-N2) (pink line), Anti-Human IL-21 Alexa Fluor® 647 (eBio3A3-N2) (green line) or isotype control (grey line). Total CD4+ cells were used for analysis.
RIGHT: Mouse thymocytes were stained with either Anti-Mouse/Human Gata-3 eFluor 660 (TWAJ) (pink line), Anti-Mouse/Human Gata-3 Alexa Fluor® 647 (TWAJ) (green line) or isotype control (grey line). Single-positive CD4+ cells were used for analysis.

LEFT: Mouse splenocytes were stained with either Anti-Mouse NKp46 eFluor 660 (29A1.4) (pink line), Anti-Mouse NKp46 Alexa Fluor® 647 (29A1.4) (green line) or isotype control (grey line). Total DX5+ viable cells were used for analysis.
RIGHT: Mouse T-Bet-transfected 293T cells were stained with either Anti-Mouse/Human T-Bet eFluor 660 (eBio4B10) (pink line), Anti-Mouse/Human T-Bet Alexa Fluor® 647 (eBio4B10) (green line) or isotype control (grey line). Total cells were used for analysis.
