eFluor® 450 Organic Dye
Replacement for Pacific Blue®
eFluor 450 Organic Dye has been developed to provide a high performance fluorophore for multicolor flow cytometry. It is designed for use with flow cytometry instruments equipped with a violet laser and exhibits an emission peak at 450 nm.
Extensive characterization indicates that eFluor 450 is equivalent to or better than current Pacific Blue reagents and other 450 nm emitting dyes in fluorescence intensity, stability, and overall performance.
eFluor 450 replaces Pacific Blue conjugates in the eBioscience product offering.
