Applying Compensation in Flow Cytometry
PE and PerCP-eFluor® 710 Compensation
CD4 PE spills heavily into PerCP-eFluor 710 detector.
As compensation is applied, the PE signal in the PerCP-eFluor 710 detector is reduced.
Correct compensation is achieved when the PE positive and negative populations have equivalent mean fluorescent intensity (MFI) with respect to PerCP-eFluor 710.
