Recommended for use with 575/26 bandpass filters.

High quantum yield (ideal for detection of low density antigens).

Subject to photobleaching.

PE-eFluor® 610 488 607 3 to 4

Recommended for use with a 610/20 bandpass filter.

Tandem dye, resonance energy transfer from PE molecule to eFluor® 610.

Can be used as a brighter alternative to PE-Texas Red®.

Recommended for use with a 670/14 bandpass filter.

Tandem dye, resonance energy transfer from PE molecule to the cyanine dye Cyanine 5.

Recommended for use with a 695/40 bandpass filter.

Tandem dye, resonance energy transfer from PE molecule to cyanine dye Cyanine 5.5.

When used with APC on dual laser machines, needs a cytometer capable of interlaser compensation. Better choice for dual laser instruments than PE-Cyanine 5.

PerCP-Cyanine 5.5 488 695 3

Recommended for use with a 695/40 bandpass filter.

Tandem dye, resonance energy transfer from PerCP molecule to cyanine dye Cyanine 5.5.

When used with APC on dual laser machines, needs a cytometer capable of inter-laser compensation. Better choice for dual laser instruments than PE-tandems as a result of its large stokes shift.

Recommended for use with a 710/50 bandpass filter.
