IL-17C Overview
IL-17C remains poorly characterized, but it is believed that IL-17C binds to the receptor IL-17RE and results in the activation of NFkB.
IL-17C has also been reported to stimulate the release of TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta from certain cell lines.
