Description

Description: BMS165 specifically reacts with plectin, a large protein of the cytoskeletal network. It can bind to all major cytoskeletal filament networks and it plays an important role as mechanical linker and anchoring protein of intermediate filaments.

BMS165 cross-reacts with murine and rat plectin.
BMS165 is suitable for immunohistological stainings on cryostat sections and Western Blotting.
