Description

Description: This GRT22 monoclonal antibody reacts with human and non-human primate CD45RA, a 220 kDa molecule expressed by subpopulations of CD4+ and CD8+ naïve peripheral T lymphocytes and B cells.

The GRT22 antibody crossreacts to rhesus CD45RA. Crossblocking studies indicate that GRT22 and HI100 recognize different epitopes.
