Description

Description: The IM7 monoclonal antibody reacts with CD44, an 80-95 kDa cell surface glycoprotein. CD44 binds to hyaluronate, an extracellular matrix component, and is involved in cell adhesion and migration. It is expressed on a wide variety of cells, including leukocytes, epithelial, endothelial and mesenchymal cells.
