Description: The monoclonal antibody 25F9 recognizes a protein on mature macrophages both on the cell surface and in intracellular vesicular structures. Expression is thought to correlate with endocytic macrophages and is useful in many disease models. Expression is not found on immature macrophages or monocytes or any other cell hematopoietic cell.
