Data for Human IL-17C Recombinant Protein Carrier-Free.

Description

Description: IL-17C is a member of the IL-17 family, which is comprised of six proteins (IL-17A through IL-17F). IL-17 proteins are pro-inflammatory cytokines that induce local cytokine production and are involved in the regulation of immune functions. IL-17C has been reported to stimulate the release of TNF alpha and IL-1 beta from the monocytic cell line THP-1. IL-17C shares 15% to 30% amino acid sequence identity with the other IL-17 family members. Mouse and human IL-17C share 83% amino acid sequence identity.
