Description: Anti-Human IFN-alpha (EBI-10) inhibits the antiviral activity of interferon alpha. EBI-10 (IgG), was previously shown tob e quite specific for IFN-alpha2; whereas this antibody was able to inhibit the antiviral activity of recombinant IFN alpha2 at concentrations below 1 æg/mL (Biochem. J. 1991 276).
