Description: This Human IFN-a1 ELISA Ready-SET-Go! reagent set (with or without high-affinity binding microwell plates) contains the necessary reagents, buffers and diluents for performing quantitative enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). This ELISA reagent set is specifically engineered for accurate and precise measurement of Human IFN-a1 protein levels from samples including serum, plasma, and supernatants from cell cultures. This Human IFN-a1 ELISA Ready-SET-Go! has been tested for cross reactivity on 11 other recombinant human IFN-α family members prepared at 50ng/ml ( IFN-aA, IFN-aF, IFN-aJ1, IFN-aB2, IFN-aG, IFN-aK, IFN-aC, IFN-aH2, IFN-a4B, IFN-aI, IFN-aWA) and there is no cross reactivity been found.
