Description

Description: The FMC7 monoclonal antibody recognizes a membrane glycoprotein that is expressed on mature human B lymphocytes. FMC7 recognizes a conformational epitope on the CD20 molecule that is exposed on a subset of mature B lymphocytes. The expression of this epitope has been shown to be extremely sensitive to levels of membrane cholesterol.
