BMS8422FF is a Basic Kit to be used in combination with most human BMS Simplex Kits (exceptions listed below) to perform the bead based Analyte Detection Assay.
BMS8422FF includes a 384 well filter plate, suitable for cell culture supernatants.
Serum and Plasma are not suiatable for 384-well plates as they can block the filter plate during washing.
Basic Kits include essential core reagents and are required to successfully perform assays using Simplex Kits.
For human Simplex Kits PE (E-selectin, ICAM-1, ICAM-3, PECAM-1, P-selectin, VCAM-1) the human Basic Kit PE (BMS8421FF) is required.
For all other human Simplex Kits the human Basic Kit (BMS8420FF) is required.
In case Simplex Kits and Simplex Kits PE are combined, the human Basic Kit (BMS8420FF) is required.
For mouse and rat Simplex Kits the mouse Basic Kit (BMS8440FF) or rat Basic Kit (BMS8441FF) is required.
