Description

Description: The monoclonal antibody MKT5.7H5.1 recognizes ILT5 also known as CD85a. ILT5 is a member of the ILT (immunoglobulin-like transcript)/ LIR (leuokocyte Ig-like receptor) MIR (monocytes Ig-like receptor) family. It is a transmembrane protein that contains 4 extracellular Ig domains and 4 ITIMs. Expression is found on monocytes, DC and granulocytes.
