Description: The Ber-H2 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD30, a 120 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein of the TNFR superfamily. CD30 is expressed on normal activated T and B lymphocytes, NK cells, and monocytes. Interaction with its ligand, CD30L, leads to signaling and activation of NFkB and subsequently regulates apoptosis.
