  • Data for Anti-Human CD160 Alexa Fluor® 488.
Description

Description: This BY55 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD160, a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on natural killer cells, natural killer T cells, activated and/or memory CD4 and CD8 T cells, gamma/delta T cells, and intraepithelial cells. CD160 has been reported to bind herpes virus entry mediator (HVEM) in a complex with LIGHT and BTLA to deliver an inhibitory signal to CD4 T cells that abrogates proliferation and cytokine production. Three alternative splice variants of CD160 have also been identified in natural killer cells.
