Description: The X2/45-12 monoclonal antibody reacts with the human IL-4 receptor α chain. IL-4 receptor α chain (CD124) is crucial for the binding and signal transduction of IL-4. Both IL-4 and IL-13 use the IL-4 receptor α chain as their receptor component and activate many common signal pathways.
