Description

Description: The InstantOne™ ELISA is specifically engineered for accurate measurement of human GAPDH in cell lysates. The InstantOne™ ELISA kit allows for fast analysis of samples in approximately one hour. All reagents used in a traditional sandwich ELISA are added in solution to a plate followed by a wash step and detection with the TMB colorimetric substrate.

Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) is a ubiquitously expressed enzyme involved in glycolysis. In addition, GAPDH plays a role in transcription, apoptosis, and vesicle transport. As an established housekeeping gene, GAPDH expression is assessed frequently as an internal loading control.
