Alexa Fluor 700 dye

Invitrogen Alexa Fluor 700 is a dim near-IR dye that can be excited with 633–640 nm lasers.

Highly expressed antigens can be labeled with Alexa Fluor 700 in flow cytometry panels allowing for brighter dyes to be used with less-abundant antigens. It fits in a panel between APC and APC-eFluor 780.

We offer Alexa Fluor 700 dye conjugated to a variety of antibodies for cellular labeling and detection. In addition, reactive dye forms and protein labeling kits are available to enable you to generate your own antibody conjugates or probes.
