Description: The eBioscience Fixation/Permeabilization Diluent is intended to be used with the FJK-16s, NRRF-30, 236A/E7, eBio7979 and PCH101 Foxp3 monoclonal antibodies. It has also been shown to work for other transcription factors suchs as Nanog, Tbet, Gata-3, Ror gamma as well as cytokines. Also required for proper intracellular staining with these antibodies is the eBioscience Fixation/Permeabilization Concentrate (cat. 00-5123) and the Permeabilization Buffer (10X) (cat. 00-8333). Alternatively, all buffers required for staining with these antibodies can be purchased as a set in the Foxp3 Staining Set (Fixation/Permeabilization and 10X Permeabilization) (cat. 00-5523).
