Description

Description: The eFluor® 650 Nanocrystal Conjugation Kit – Amine Reactive provides all of the necessary components for 2 separate conjugations and purifications of 200 µg of antibody to eFluor® 650 nanocrystals. This kit utilizes any available primary amine on the antibody for cross-linking to a specially-modified PEG molecule on the outer surface of the nanocrystal. Although the kit has been optimized for antibodies, water-soluble molecules with a primary amine group and a molecular weight from 30 kDa to 150 kDa may potentially be conjugated to eFluor® 650 nanocrystals using this kit.

A simple protocol with diagrams is provided with the kit to ensure successful conjugation. Additional information and Frequently Asked Questions can be found in the Technical Support section.
