Down Regulation of Nanog in Differentiated Cells:
Flow cytometric analysis of Nanog in either untreated (left panel) or treated (right panel) F9 cells . Cells were cultured for three days with All-Trans-Retinoic Acid and then stained with either Alexa Fluor® 647 isotype control (Cat. No. 51-4321, open histogram) or Alexa Fluor® 647 Anti-Mouse Nanog (Cat. No. 51-5761, shaded histogram) using the Foxp3 Buffer Set (Cat. No. 00-5523).
