A comparison study of the leading provider with our newly released material is shown. In this study, hamster anti-mouse CD3ε antibody, (clone 145-2C11) was conjugated with PerCP-Cy5.5 (blue line) and compared to material from the leading provider (solid grey). The results demonstrate that the performance of the two conjugates is essentially indistinguishable.

Peridinin is a light-harvesting carotenoid, a pigment related to chlorophyll which appears in the Peridinin-chlorophyll-protein (PerCP) light-harvesting complex in dinoflagellates. The PerCP complex is unique in its high ratio of peridinin to chlorophyll; most light-harvesting complexes contain more chlorophyll than other carotenoids, but the PerCP contains eight peridinin and two chlorophyll molecules arranged to promote peridinin-chlorophyll energy transfer. The PerCP complex is a protein trimer with an unusual alpha solenoid protein fold. The spectral properties of PerCP include an exceptionally large Stokes shift (approx. 190nm) making it useful as a third color off 488nm laser-excited measurement systems.
