Mouse Ly108 Receptor (SLAM Family Receptor) (clone eBio13G3-19D): Staining of BALB/c splenocytes with APC anti-mo/hu B220 (RA3-6B2) (cat. 17-0452) and 0.06 μg of PE Mouse IgG2a, κ Iso Cntrl (cat. 12-4724) (left) or 0.06 μg of PE anti-mouse Ly108 receptor (SLAM Family receptor) (right). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.

Mouse Nanog (clone eBioMLC-51): Staining of fixed and permeabilized F9 cells (using eBioscience Foxp3 Buffer Set, Cat. 00-5523).
Left Plot: Staining was carried out using 0.03 μg of Alexa Fluor® 647 Rat IgG2a Isotype Control (Cat. 51-4321) (Open Histogram) or 0.03 μg of Alexa Fluor® 647 anti-mouse Nanog (Shaded Histogram).
Right Plot: F9 cells were cultured for 3 days with 1 μM All-Trans-Retinoic Acid and stained using 0.03 μg Alexa Fluor® 647 Rat IgG2a Isotype Control (Open Histogram) or 0.03 μg of Alexa Fluor 647 anti-mouse Nanog (Shaded Histogram).

Mouse PDCA-1 (clone eBio129c): Staining of SJL splenocytes with FITC anti-mo/hu B220 (RA3-6B2) (cat. 11-0452) and 0.25 μg PE anti-mouse PDCA-1 (BST2, CD317) (left) or APC anti-mouse CD11c (cat. 17-0114) and 0.25 μg PE anti-mouse PDCA-1 (BST2, CD317) (right). Cells in the large forward scatter population were used for analysis.
