Frozen sections of mouse lymph node were stained with either no primary antibody (left panel) or Biotin anti-mouse CD3 (145-2C11) (cat. 13-0031) (right panel) and subsequently with a 1:50 dilution of Streptavidin eFluorTM 605NC (IF) to visualize the T cell zone. FITC anti-mouse B220 (RA3-6B2) (cat. 11-0452) was used to identify B cell follicles.

Description
The streptavidin fluorochrome conjugates are commonly used in indirect staining protocols to detect biotinylated primary antibodies in flow cytometry and immunofluorescent microscopy. Streptavidin binds to biotin with high affinity.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This eFluor™ 605
NC streptavidin conjugate (IF) has been reported for use in immunofluorescent microscopy.
Applications Tested
Streptavidin eFluor
TM 605
NC (IF) has been tested by immunofluorescence microscopy with a biotinylated primary antibody. This eFluor
TM 605
NC has been specially formulated for use in immunofluorescent microscopy. As a starting concentration, this can be used at a 1:50 - 1:100 dilution. However, it is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance.
