Description

The eBioscience Human Th1/Th2 Flow Panel contains 4 antibodies that can be used to discriminate Th1/Th2 subsets based on their cytokine expression, as determined by frequency analysis using immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry. The directly fluorochrome conjugated FITC anti-IL-2, FITC anti-IFN-γ, PE anti-IL-4, and PE anti-IL-10 are used for intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis.
The same 4 antibodies are included in unlabelled format, so they can be used as specificity controls. Use the unlabelled antibodies in excess (2ug per test) to stain the fixed, permeabilized cells to demonstrate blocking of the directly-conjugated antibodies.

Components:

  1. fluorochrome-labeled antibody: 25 tests per cytokine
  2. purified unlabeled blocking antibody: 5ug per cytokine

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This antibody panel is used for intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

This panel has been pretitrated and tested for intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis and can be used at 10-20ul per test.
