DescriptionThe eBioscience Mouse Hematopoietic Lineage Flow Panel contains 5 biotinylated antibodies that can be used to identify, enrich and/or deplete cells committed to the T, B, NK, myeloid and erythroid lineages based on their cell surface antigen expression. Components:
Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Mouse Hematopoietic Lineage Flow Panel has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. The antibody panel can be used for staining of lineage committed cells in mouse bone marrow cell suspensions. The stained cells can then be revealed with fluorochrome-conjugated Streptavidin (or Avidin) and analyzed or sorted by flow cytometric analysis or with SAv-paramagnetic particles and separated by immunomagnetic cell separation. Applications TestedMouse Hematopoietic Lineage Flow Panel has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cells. This can be used at 2 μl per million cells (total of 10 μl of all antibodies). Antibodies have been pre-titrated as follows: 1. Biotin anti-mouse CD3 (145-2C11): 0.25 μg/2 μl (0.125 mg/ml) 2. Biotin anti-mouse CD45R/B220 (RA3-6B2): 0.06 μg/2 μl (0.03 mg/ml) 3. Biotin anti-mouse CD11b (M1/70): 0.06 μg/2 μl (0.03 mg/ml) 4. Biotin anti-mouse Erythroid marker (TER-119): 0.06 μg/2 μl (0.03 mg/ml) 5. Biotin anti-mouse Ly-6G (RB6-8C5): 0.03 μg/2 μl (0.015 mg/ml) |
