Mouse bone marrow cells were stained with the eBioscience Pacific Blue Mouse Hematopoietic Lineage Cocktail, APC anti-mouse CD117 (cat. 17-1171) and PE anti-mouse Sca-1 (cat. 12-5981). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis. Events displayed on the right plot are gated on lineage negative events as depicted in the left plot.

Description

The eBioscience Mouse Hematopoietic Lineage Flow Cocktail contains Pacific Blue conjugated antibodies that can be used to identify, enrich and/or deplete cells committed to the T, B, NK, myeloid and erythroid lineages based on their cell surface antigen expression.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Mouse Hematopoietic Lineage Flow Panel has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. The antibody panel can be used for staining of lineage committed cells in mouse bone marrow cell suspensions. The stained cells can then be analyzed or sorted by flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

Mouse Hematopoietic Lineage Flow Panel (Pacific Blue®) has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cells. This can be used at 20 μl per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume.
