Description

The eBioscience Mouse Th1/Th2 Flow Panel contains 4 antibodies that can be used to discriminate Th1/Th2 subsets based on their cytokine expression. The directly fluorochrome conjugated FITC anti-IL-2, FITC anti-IFN-γ, PE anti-IL-4, and PE anti-IL-10 are used in combination with intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis. The 4 unlabeled antibodies are included so they can be used as 'cold' antibody specificity controls for setting background markers in flow cytometric analysis: use the unlabelled antibodies at excess amounts (2µg per test) to block the fluorochrome-labelled antibodies.

Components:

  1. fluorochrome-labeled antibody: 25 tests per cytokine
  2. purified unlabeled blocking antibody: 5 µg per cytokine

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This antibody panel is used for intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

This panel has been pretitrated and tested for intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis and can be used at 10-20µl per test.
