Description

The monoclonal rat IgG2a, κ is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. This product is formulated to be used with the following Regulatory T cell staining kits; (cat. 88-8999 and 88-4999).

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. PE Set Rat IgG2a Iso Cntrl has been reported for use in intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

PE Set Rat IgG2a Isotype Control has been pre-titrated and tested in combination with the Regulatory T Cell Satining Kit . This can be used at 20 μl per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume.
