Description
This is a peptide mapping to an internal domain of Schistosoma japonicum GST. One of the more established epitope tags is the HA tag, which is a nine amino acid peptide sequence (YPYDVPDYA) present in the human influenza virus hemagglutinin protein. The HA tag has been successfully used in a variety of applications, including Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunflourescence studies.
