Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe polyclonal antibody reacts with human DR6; the antibody was antibody was raised against a peptide of human DR6. DR6 (Death Receptor 6) is a novel member of the TNFR superfamily. The extracellular portion of DR6 has four TNFR-like cysteine rich motifs that are most related to those of osteoprotegerin (OPG) and TNFR2. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This polyclonal antibody has been reported for use in immunoblotting (WB). Applications TestedThis polyclonal antibody has been reported for use in detection of DR6 expression by Western blotting at 2-4 μg/ml dilution. Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells can be used as a positive control and an approximately 60-66 kDa band should be detected. It is recommended that the reagent be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. References
