Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe 59A426 antibody reacts with human A20. The zinc finger protein A20 is a tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-1 (IL-1) inducible protein that negatively regulates NF-κB gene expression. A20 inhibits NF-κB dependent gene expression by interfering with a novel TNF-induced and RIP- or TRAF2-mediated pathway that is different from the NF-κB kinase pathway. Full-length recombinant A20 protein was used as an immunogen. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The 59A426 antibody has been reported for use in immunoblotting (WB). Applications TestedThe 59A426 antibody has been tested by immunoblotting of whole cell lysate from Daudi cells and can be used at 1-2 μg/ml. A band at ~70 kDa is detected. References
