Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe MAb11 antibody reacts with human tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α ), a 17 kDa cytokine produced by monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, NK cells and CD4+ T cells. TNF-α has cytolytic activity against a range of tumor cells and is important in immune regulation. TNF-α forms dimers and trimers and also exists as a 26 kDa membrane bound form. The MAb11 antibody is a neutralizing antibody. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This MAb11 antibody has been reported for use in intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis. The Pacific BlueŽ emits at 456 nm and can be excited with the Violet laser. Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochome. Applications TestedThis MAb11 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested intracellular flow cytometric analysis of stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 μl (0.25 μg) per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume. References
